Your team is downtown, and so is your schedule. Houston Fingerprint brings mobile fingerprinting and a mobile notary to offices in downtown Houston, so employees don’t lose half a day crossing town. One visit can print an entire onboarding class, notarize a stack of closing documents, or both.
Why Downtown Companies Book Us
Driving from a downtown tower to a fingerprinting office and back, plus parking, easily takes two hours per employee. Multiply that by a new-hire class and it adds up fast. With a mobile visit:
- We come to your conference room. Employees step out for a few minutes, not a few hours.
- One visit covers the group. HR doesn’t have to coordinate individual trips or parking.
- Deadlines are easier to hit. Licensing and registration clocks keep running while people wait for an open afternoon.
- Signers stay put. Executives and clients sign documents in your office, with a notary who arrives prepared.
Mobile Fingerprinting for Downtown Teams
Downtown Houston’s banks, law firms, energy headquarters, healthcare administrators and government contractors all have roles that require fingerprints. On-site, we handle:
- FINRA fingerprinting for brokers, advisors and registered staff at financial firms
- FD-258 ink fingerprint cards for professional licenses, federal applications and out-of-state boards
- FBI background checks for employees on international assignments, visas and relocations
- ATF fingerprint cards for firearms-industry and security roles
- Florida Live Scan submission for staff needing Florida licenses
Tell us how many people need prints and which agencies the cards are for. We’ll bring the right cards and equipment and quote the visit up front. See our main mobile fingerprinting page for more on how visits work.
Mobile Notary for Downtown Offices
Our mobile notary comes to your office for:
- Board resolutions, corporate affidavits and officer certificates
- Contracts, vendor agreements and closing documents that need notarized signatures
- Powers of attorney for executives traveling or relocating abroad
- Employment verification letters and other HR documents
- Estate planning documents and wills for employees and clients who’d rather sign at work than take time off
If any of those documents are headed overseas, we can also arrange apostilles and certified translations. As notaries we verify identity and witness signatures. We don’t draft documents or give legal advice.
How a Downtown Visit Works
- Request a visit. Use our quote form or call 832-530-3652 with your address, headcount, the services you need and preferred dates.
- Get a quote. We confirm the price, including travel, before anything is scheduled. Current rates are on our pricing page.
- Handle building logistics. Let us know your building’s visitor check-in, loading or parking instructions so we arrive on time and go straight to your floor.
- Send a reminder to your team. Each person should bring a valid photo ID plus any card, ORI number or instructions from their agency. Document signers should leave documents unsigned.
- We arrive and work through the list. Most people are done in a few minutes.
Recurring Onboarding? Set a Standing Visit
If your company hires in waves, such as monthly analyst classes, quarterly advisor cohorts or seasonal staff, ask about a recurring visit schedule so fingerprinting becomes part of your onboarding calendar rather than a scramble.

Downtown Houston FAQs
Do you come to downtown office buildings?
Yes. We regularly travel to downtown Houston. Send us the building address and any visitor check-in rules, and we’ll plan accordingly.
How many employees can you fingerprint in one visit?
From one person to a full onboarding class. Give us the headcount when you request the visit so we can schedule enough time.
Can you notarize and fingerprint in the same visit?
Yes. Many companies combine new-hire fingerprinting with HR or corporate notarizations to make the most of one trip.
Can you come early in the morning or after business hours?
Ask when you request your visit, and we’ll do our best to work around your team’s schedule.
Who pays the travel fee?
It’s billed as part of the visit, usually to the company, and we quote it before booking. For one or two people, coming to our office avoids the travel fee entirely.
