Bunker Hill Village, Hedwig Village, Hunters Creek Village, Piney Point Village and Spring Valley Village sit side by side along I-10 and Memorial Drive, roughly 10 miles east of our office at 6124 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. Residents here most often ask us for one thing: a notary who can come to the house.
In-Home Notary for Estate Planning
Estate planning is the most common reason Memorial Villages families call us. Once your attorney has prepared the documents, our mobile notary can come to your home, your attorney’s office or a family member’s senior-living residence to notarize:
- The self-proving affidavit attached to many Texas wills
- Statutory durable powers of attorney and medical powers of attorney
- Directives to physicians and HIPAA authorizations
- Trust certifications, deeds and related estate paperwork
A few things make the signing go smoothly. Every signer should have valid photo ID. Witnesses, if your will needs them, should be adults who don’t benefit under the will. And documents should arrive unsigned. We notarize signatures. We don’t draft wills or give legal advice, so direct any questions about the documents themselves to your attorney. To come to us instead, book an estate planning and wills appointment at our office.
Documents for Travel, Study and Work Abroad
Families here travel and work internationally, and children often study overseas. We regularly prepare:
- FBI background checks for long-stay visas, international school jobs and residency permits
- Apostilles on FBI reports, birth certificates, diplomas and powers of attorney used abroad
- Certified translations when the destination requires them
- Notarized travel consent letters for minors traveling without both parents
Fingerprinting for Licenses, Volunteering and More
Spring Branch ISD and private-school volunteers, physicians and professionals holding licenses in other states, and new FINRA registrants all come to us for fingerprints. We roll FD-258 ink fingerprint cards, handle FINRA fingerprinting, ATF fingerprint cards and Florida Live Scan submission, and can bring the equipment to you with mobile fingerprinting.
Visiting Our Office
From the Villages, take I-10 west (the Katy Freeway) to Highway 6, then turn north past Clay Road toward West Little York Road. The drive is usually about 20 minutes outside rush hour. Memorial Drive west to Highway 6 is a calmer alternative when I-10 is congested.

Memorial Villages FAQs
Which villages do you travel to?
All five: Bunker Hill Village, Hedwig Village, Hunters Creek Village, Piney Point Village and Spring Valley Village, plus nearby Memorial and Spring Branch neighborhoods.
Can you meet us at our estate attorney’s office?
Yes. Many families prefer to sign with their attorney present. Give us the address and time and we’ll confirm availability.
How many signers can you notarize in one visit?
As many as need to sign, as long as each person has valid ID. Let us know the number when you book so we can allow enough time.
Can you fingerprint my child’s coach or a household employee at our home?
Yes. Mobile fingerprinting works for individuals and small groups. Tell us which agency the prints are for.
